Sunday Evening Chapel
A small congregation celebrates together each Sunday evening at 5:30pm in the Chapel of St Mary, St Francis and St Clare. Everyone welcome!
Weekly Sunday services commencing at 5.30pm:
1st Sunday – Taizé-style service
2nd Sunday – Eucharist
3rd Sunday – Celtic Contemplative with Meredith Nicholls
4th Sunday – Agape Meal and Evening Prayer
5th Sunday – Reflective service, Labyrinth
The labyrinth is available during the one-hour service time each week.

The worship group involves some of whom have been worshipping at the Old Friary for thirty years. They, and other members, form part of the Friary Community who have attended events and/or used the site for celebrations for decades.

Spiritual Direction
Please note that Spiritual Direction is available at the Old Friary by appointment. Trained Spiritual Directors, having graduated from the Spiritual Direction course at St Francis Theological College, Milton, give of their time to carry out this important work. Spiritual direction helps to deepen our personal relationship with God by helping to define how God is working and calling us in our daily lives.
